The City of Kenmore was in need of a refresh to their business directory to galvanize the local business community and expose more small businesses to the community. The solution we built was focused on user experience, custom tools, and overall ease of use. This totally custom configuration focused on building accessible and intuitive tools for business owners to login and manage their own business listings, while keeping the front end focused on potential visitors with simple search, listing, filtering, and categorization to easily find what thy are looking for. The whole project was customized to extend an existing brand, have a strong impact on search engine optimization, and create new tools for the city to directly engage business owners.
